A one-hour workshop for parents and caregivers to learn real tools for real-life moments

This workshop will help parents and caregivers of children with ADHD understand what is really happening underneath their child’s behavior and how to respond in ways that build connection instead of shame.

What You’ll Learn:

  • Understanding your child’s experience when they are corrected

  • Respond in ways that reduce shame and build trust

  • How to handle big emotional moments

  • Simple strategies to help your child regulate

  • Repair and reconnect after tough moments
