Rural communities face unique health challenges, from limited access to care to resource gaps that impact overall wellbeing. Addressing these challenges requires collaboration, shared knowledge & innovative strategies. In response, Texas State University's Translational Health Research Center is launching a community program called Rural Health Research for Community Change.

This series will bring together healthcare providers, researchers, and community leaders to learn from one another and engage in discussions to explore practical solutions. This free, collaborative program is designed to strengthen rural health systems and improve outcomes for the communities we serve. By building a virtual community of practice, we seek to engage Texans in meaningful conversations and collectively take steps toward addressing rural health challenges.
