Life & Love with PTSD

Navigating Love and PTSD Together

Loving a veteran or service member with PTSD is a unique journey. Even in the healthiest relationships, it’s a journey filled with emotional highs, lows, and everything in between. And it’s one that few truly understand. That’s where Real Talk comes in.

These supportive, peer-led sessions offer space for honest conversation, meaningful connection, and practical tools for navigating life and love with PTSD. Your holistic well-being matters too, and this is a space where that’s recognized. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, seeking new strategies, or just need to talk to someone who gets it, you're welcome here. Come as you are, and connect with others who’ve been there too.

Sessions are held periodically. Join whenever you need support, community, or simply a place to feel heard.
