This inaugural event brings together individuals living with chronic illness, loved ones, and healthcare and mental health professionals for education, connection, and community.
The Symposium features two dedicated tracks — Patient & Caregiver and Healthcare Provider — with keynote speakers, panel discussions, and interactive sessions exploring chronic illness management, mental health, self-advocacy, and compassionate care all with an accessible, evidence-based, and trauma informed approach. *Please note, Health and Mental health providers will need to purchase the "Healthcare / Mental Healthcare Provider Symposium Two Day Virtual Ticket" to receive CEs with registration. All CE sessions during the conference will be 1 hour in length and worth 1 CE. CEs are approved for Licensed Social Workers, Mental Health Counselors and Marriage and Family Therapists by the Washington State Society for Clinical Social Work. For other types of healthcare providers, please check with your state's licensing board to see if the symposium CE programs will meet the continuing education requirements for your degree and in your state. Attendees must join the entirety of the one hour session and complete the evaluations to receive their CE credits. CE certificates will be emailed to participants within 30 days of the symposium.
