Courage to Connect: PTSD by Proxy

DATES:

Every 3rd Wednesday of the month

TIME:

10:00am - 12:00pm

LOCATION:

(Virtual)

PTSD By Proxy is a virtual, anonymous, confidential, and free support group for anyone living with or caring for someone who suffers from PTSD. This group offers a safe, judgment-free space where you can connect with others who truly understand the unique challenges and emotional weight of supporting a loved one with PTSD. You're not alone either!

Have you lost a loved one to suicide caused by PTSD? If so, you are not alone. Navigating the grief that follows such a loss can be incredibly painful and overwhelming. This group also offers survivors of suicide (SOS) a compassionate space where you can connect with others who understand your journey.

Meetings are held every month on the third Wednesday at 10:00 AM CST via Zoom, making it accessible to participants worldwide. Video and participation are optional but encouraged, allowing you to engage in a way that feels right for you.

Whether you’re looking to listen, share, or simply feel less alone, this group is here for you. Together, we can find healing through community.

If there is no activity after 10:30 AM CST, the meeting will shut down.

ZOOM MEETING DETAILS:

Meetings begin at 10:00 AM (CST) and scheduled for two hours. If there is no activity after 10:30 AM, the meeting will shut down and resume the next month, at the same time.
