Hats Off For Veterans and Wimberley Counseling Center is proud to host a monthly virtual meeting aimed at supporting veterans who are navigating the challenges of PTSD. Under the guidance of LPC and Vietnam Veteran, Murray Kast, this virtual meeting is a safe and supportive online space where veterans can connect, share experiences, and find strength in community. This meeting offers an opportunity to engage in open discussions, learn coping strategies, and receive encouragement from peers who understand the unique challenges of living with PTSD. Led by experienced facilitators, participants will have the chance to share their stories and access valuable resources tailored to their needs. Together, we can foster healing and resilience on the journey toward recovery.
