Military Wellness Workshop (MWW): Journey From Coping to Thriving

SAFE Project and our partners invite you to join us for an upcoming Military Wellness Workshop (MWW) — a free, one-day, peer-led experience designed for service members, veterans, families, and other military-connected individuals.

This engaging and supportive workshop provides a chance to pause, reflect, and reconnect with your well-being through six interactive modules focused on:

  • Personal strengths and stress management

  • Emotional wellness and goal-setting

  • Accessing benefits and community resources

  • Practical tools for resilience and growth

Each event is facilitated by veterans and military-connected peers, creating a safe, inclusive space for learning and connection. Participants will leave with a renewed sense of purpose and confidence in their ability to thrive — not just cope.

In the Details:

  • Over 90% of participants report being able to calm down or improve their mood when feeling sad, angry, or anxious

  • Recognition of stress signs improved by 55%

  • Nearly 100% feel confident they now have the tools to prevent substance misuse
