Exhibitor Registration:  Registration is currently open for all vendors.  If you are a vendor and interested in exhibiting at this show, please click here to secure your booth.  Booth purchases must be made online.

Sponsorship Information/Non-Exhibiting Vendor Registration:  Please click here if you are interested in sponsoring a networking event at the conference.  Also use this form to register as a General Sponsor if you are a vendor wanting to attend the show but not exhibit.  

Additional Attendee Registration (Vendors Only): All booth purchases and sponsorships come with complimentary attendee registration(s) depending on which package or sponsorship you select.  Please use this form to register both your complimentary attendees and any additional attendees you want to register for the show.  There is no limit on the number of additional attendees that can attend once your company is registered.  As a reminder, TORCH does NOT allow booth sharing. 

Hotel Information:  Please click here to reserve your room.  The room rate is $179/double queens, plus a $5 resort fee.

Vendor/Booth Electrical Order Form:  If you need to order electricity or any other supplies for your booth, please complete this form.  You will work directly with the hotel for your purchases.  If you purchased a booth package that comes with electricity, you do not need to complete this form.  TORCH will handle the electrical purchase on your behalf.
