Join us each week for a free SMART Recovery meeting—a science-based, self-empowering approach to recovery. SMART (Self-Management and Recovery Training) helps individuals gain independence from addiction, whether it’s to substances or behaviors, by focusing on building motivation, coping with urges, managing thoughts feelings and behaviors, and living a balanced life.

Our meetings are discussion-based and supportive, providing tools and techniques drawn from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing. Everyone is welcome—whether you’re working toward recovery or just curious about a self-directed path to change.

What to expect:

  • A nonjudgmental, peer-led environment

  • Practical tools to manage cravings and emotions

  • Open discussions focused on personal goals and progress

  • Community and accountability in your recovery journey
